Role: Operations Associate (Internship) Location: Hanamkonda Timings: 10 AM to 5 PM Stipend: Paid internship Duration: 3 months (with an opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance) What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Own and manage the backend of the student journey – from application to admission Build simple, scalable systems & processes (leveraging AI tools where needed) Work directly with the founder to define workflows and improve the way we operate Interact with our paid students - you’ll be on the frontlines, making sure they feel heard and supported Create and maintain structured databases, documents, and communication flows Play a key role in shaping how operations function in a fast-growing service-based startup Contribute your ideas — we value initiative and proactive problem-solvers Who We’re Looking For: Fresh graduates or students finishing their final year Organised, reliable, and someone who likes making sense of chaos Decent communication skills (we don’t need a TED speaker, just someone who’s clear and kind) Most importantly: you’ve got a learning mindset and a go-getter attitude Perks & Why You'll Love It Here: A paid internship with hands-on experience in building a growing startup (your chai and pizza is on us too) Exposure to 300+ top mentors around the world – valuable exposure for your own career Work directly with the founder and a passionate young team that genuinely cares about students A cool office space and great team culture Let’s build something meaningful together, for students, and for your career too. - Team Margam
