Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator to streamline day-to-day operational workflows and ensure seamless coordination of logistics functions. The successful candidate will serve as a central point of contact for both internal departments and external partners, fostering operational excellence and delivering measurable impact across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the alignment of general operations by liaising with cross-functional teams to support strategic and tactical objectives.

Oversee end-to-end logistics planning, execution, and optimisation across procurement, inventory, distribution, and reverse logistics.

Collaborate with external vendors, carriers, and service providers to uphold service-level agreements and ensure timely fulfilment.

Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to identify efficiencies and mitigate risk.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping manifests, compliance records, and stakeholder reports.

Support process improvement initiatives to drive operational agility and scalability.

Serve as a key liaison between departments to resolve logistical challenges with professionalism and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in operations or logistics coordination, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and transportation standards is considered an asset.
