Operational Manager

Role Overview: As an Investigative Officer, you will be responsible for preparing proposals, strategizing and planning investigations, analyzing the needs of each investigation, monitoring day-to-day investigations, and grooming investigating officers for higher responsibilities. You will also be required to write reports, liaise with enforcement authorities, coordinate between law enforcement, client, and company, develop competitor information, conduct performance appraisals, interact with the account department, assist in forecasting annual targets, and handle any other responsibilities assigned to you. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare proposals for investigations - Strategize and plan investigations, ensuring timely execution - Analyze investigation needs and delegate tasks to field operatives based on their capabilities - Monitor and follow up on investigations with supervisors and team members - Develop investigating officers for higher responsibilities - Write reports - Liaise with enforcement authorities and coordinate enforcement actions - Develop competitor information continuously - Conduct performance appraisals of individual team members - Interact with the account department - Assist in forecasting annual targets - Perform any other duties assigned to you Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of the entire value chain in retail, wholesale, and manufacturing processes across industries - Background in science and pharmaceuticals (preferred but not mandatory) - Excellent command of written and spoken English - Analytical mindset - Strong people skills - Attention to detail - Negotiation, interpersonal, and selling skills - Ability to think on your feet and make spontaneous decisions - Self-driven, assertive, and achievement-oriented,
