Operational Manager

Key responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Acts as the primary business leader for the resort, developing and implementing strategies for operations, guest satisfaction, and financial growth.
• Staff management: Recruits, trains, and develops staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and providing a high level of customer service.
• Departmental coordination: Ensures seamless operation across all departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Guest experience: Implements strategies to enhance guest experience, monitors guest feedback, and resolves complaints.
• Financial oversight: Manages budgets, monitors expenses, and works to increase revenue and market share.
• Operational oversight: Manages inventory, supervises maintenance, and ensures the resort is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Community relations: Builds strong relationships with local businesses and officials.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
