Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the core functions of our organization, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising teams in Education, Marketing, Research & Development, Sales, and Operations & Finance. Key Responsibilities: · Education Department: Lead, monitor, and support counselors and telecallers to ensure quality guidance, strong communication, and effective student engagement. · Marketing: Oversee marketing strategy execution, campaign performance, and team coordination to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. · Research & Development: Guide the R&D team to improve processes, develop new ideas, and enhance service offerings. · Sales & Ed-Tech Platforms: Manage and operate the sales team across online education platforms, ensuring consistent performance, conversions, and target achievement. · Cross-Functional Team Management: Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure alignment, efficiency, and smooth daily operations. · Implement and monitor SOPs, performance metrics, and reporting systems. · Identify operational gaps and provide strategic solutions to improve productivity. · Ensure all teams maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the accounts and financial operations of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, financial planning, accounting processes, and compliance. This role requires close coordination with all departments and direct reporting to the Managing Director. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finances in the organization. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and reports. Handle accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing . Develop and monitor organizational budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements . Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to support financial decision-making and resource allocation. Report financial performance directly to the Managing Director with timely updates. Implement and monitor internal financial controls and accounting policies. Support long-term financial planning aligned with the organization’s goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. Master’s degree (preferred) in Finance, MBA (Finance), or CA/ICWA (intermediate/qualified). Minimum 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software/ERP systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and reporting skills.
