Accounts & Finance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the accounts and financial operations of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, financial planning, accounting processes, and compliance. This role requires close coordination with all departments and direct reporting to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finances in the organization.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Develop and monitor organizational budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to support financial decision-making and resource allocation.
• Report financial performance directly to the Managing Director with timely updates.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Support long-term financial planning aligned with the organization’s goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (preferred) in Finance, MBA (Finance), or CA/ICWA (intermediate/qualified).
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Languages: Hindi, English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
