Accounts & Finance Manager

1. Accounting & Book Finalization

• Lead month-end and year-end closing of books.
• Maintain general ledger, verify entries, and perform ledger corrections.
• Ensure accurate bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and support statutory audits.
• Manage GST input credit, rectification of mismatches, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

3. Costing & Landing Cost Management

• Calculate landing cost for imported IVD products (freight, duty, clearing, insurance, etc.).
• Prepare cost analysis, profitability and margin reports.
• Generate MIS reports for management review.

4. Import Finance & Foreign Payments

• Handle foreign currency payments, FODDT, LC documentation, and bank coordination.
• Maintain documentation for imports, customs clearance, BOE, and purchase orders.
• Track and manage vendor payments and credit timelines.

5. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation.
• Handle loan-related documentation and bank communication.

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and management teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth financial operations.

Education

• CA / CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• CA / CA Inter candidates preferred

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in IVD, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Pharma industry preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Accounting Standards
• Expertise in Landing Cost Calculation & Import Finance
• Proficiency in SAP systems & MS Excel
• Strong MIS reporting and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making ability
