Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily food preparation under the guidance of the Head Chef and Demi Chef de Partie. Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Support kitchen operations during busy service hours. Monitor food storage and assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels. Ensure adherence to all food safety and quality standards. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of all menu items. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management. 1–3 years of experience as Commis Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge setup. Knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine preferred. Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
