Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Commis Chef to join our culinary team at the Inej Digital Executive Lounge, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will assist the kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations in a premium guest environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily food preparation under the guidance of the Head Chef and Demi Chef de Partie.
• Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
• Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Support kitchen operations during busy service hours.
• Monitor food storage and assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of all menu items.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management.
• 1–3 years of experience as Commis Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge setup.
• Knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisine preferred.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Location: Mumbai – Inej Digital Executive Lounge

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Best in Industry + Sales Incentive + On duty Meals
