About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and process-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, and logistics across our warehouse and outlets. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships for ingredients, packaging, and consumables. Update vendor and material master lists for the city Use company demand forecasting tool to give vendors accurate quarterly projections Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels across warehouses and kitchens to prevent stockouts and overstocking. Achieve ~100% target fill rate for cold and dry warehouse in the city Logistics & Distribution: Oversee logistics for inbound supplies and outbound transfers to kitchens/outlets. Optimize routes and delivery schedules to improve speed and reduce costs. Process Optimization: Identify and drive improvements in supply chain processes to support scaling. Collaborate with kitchen operations to reduce wastage, improve utilization, and align supply with demand patterns. Data & Reporting: Submit pre-defined reports in a timely manner, with meaningful commentary wherever required Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in QSR Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
