Operational Manager

Job Summary:

As an Operational Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the Business Development Executive (BDE) team to ensure effective client acquisition and relationship management within the domestic market. Your role involves developing strategies to achieve business growth, monitoring team performance, and supporting the team in identifying, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the BDE team in achieving sales and client acquisition targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain domestic clients.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training, motivation, and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Prepare performance and progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the BDE team and other departments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to support business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, client management, or operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to plan strategically and execute effectively.
• Good understanding of the domestic business market and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
