Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of training programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities within the academy.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, planning, and execution of training programs.
• Liaise with trainers, students, and administrative staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to training operations.
• Support management in resource planning and budgeting activities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and operational standards.

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in operations, administration, or management (freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
