Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Manager to join our team in Manjeri. The ideal candidate will manage the entire student admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries and provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with potential students through calls, emails, and visits to convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records and admission databases.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, educational fairs, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on admission trends and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• 0–1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
