Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Manager, located in Sriperumbudur. The Admission Manager will oversee and manage the entire admission process, from inquiries to enrollment. Daily responsibilities include handling prospective student queries, coordinating admission procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to students and their families.

Qualifications

Admissions processes, customer service skills, and stakeholder relationship management
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
A bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Experience or knowledge in educational institution operations is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
