Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Placement Officer to build strong industry connections and ensure successful student placements. The ideal candidate will engage with employers, identify job opportunities, and guide students through their career journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters for student placements.
• Identify employment opportunities suitable for various courses offered at SYNS Academy.
• Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions.
• Assist students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career guidance.
• Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports on placement performance.
• Coordinate with academic teams to align training with market requirements.
• Develop new strategies to enhance placement rates and industry partnerships.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of job market trends and recruitment processes.
• Organizational and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.

Eligibility:

• MBA in HR/Marketing or related field (Preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome.
