Operational Manager

As an applicant for the position, you will be responsible for the following key duties: - Preparation of proposals for investigations. - Strategizing and planning investigations, ensuring timely execution. - Analyzing the needs of each investigation and assigning field operatives based on their capabilities. - Monitoring and following up on day-to-day investigations with supervisors and team members. - Developing investigating officers to take on higher responsibilities. - Writing detailed reports on investigations. - Collaborating with enforcement authorities for enforcement actions. - Coordinating between law enforcement, clients, and the company. - Gathering competitor information regularly. - Conducting performance appraisals of individual team members. - Interacting with the account department. - Assisting in forecasting annual targets. - Undertaking any other responsibilities assigned to you. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the role requires the following skills and attributes: - Knowledge of the entire value chain in retail, wholesale, and manufacturing processes across industries. - A background in science and pharmaceuticals would be beneficial. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Analytical mindset. - Strong people skills. - High attention to detail. - Negotiation, interpersonal, and selling skills. - Ability to think quickly and make decisions based on available information. - Self-driven, assertive, and achievement-oriented mindset.,
