Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute operational tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping - Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting - Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures - Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to management as needed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance - Analyze and report on operational metrics and performance indicators - Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in operations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Proficiency in sales is a plus - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software
