Operation Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple QSR outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading teams to achieve sales, profit, and quality goals. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across multiple QSR locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and improve store-level performance metrics: sales, Manpower Cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams to meet operational standards and business objectives. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all units. Ensure all stores comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store-level staff. Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain brand and service consistency. Analyze performance data and prepare operational reports for senior management. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team. Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships. Respond to and resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in multi-unit QSR or food service operations. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs. Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI). Proficiency in using POS systems and reporting tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
