Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple QSR outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading teams to achieve sales, profit, and quality goals. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across multiple QSR locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and improve store-level performance metrics: sales, Manpower Cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams to meet operational standards and business objectives. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all units. Ensure all stores comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store-level staff. Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain brand and service consistency. Analyze performance data and prepare operational reports for senior management. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team. Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships. Respond to and resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in multi-unit QSR or food service operations. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs. Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI). Proficiency in using POS systems and reporting tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.

Accounts Executive - Export and Import Billing Key Responsibilities - 1. Prepare and process export and import invoices, bills of lading, and other shipping documents. 2. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and tax laws. 3. Verify accuracy of billing information, including quantities, weights, and values. 4. Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and customs teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth documentation. 5. Maintain accurate records and databases of export and import transactions. Required Qualifications- (B.com/M.com) Salary Budget - 22K to 25K

1. Billing & Payment Handling Accurately handle billing operations using POS (Point of Sale) system. Collect cash, cards, or digital payments and return appropriate change. Generate and provide proper invoices/bills to customers. 2. Customer Interaction Greet customers warmly and assist with their queries regarding items and pricing. Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional attitude at all times. Handle basic complaints or redirect to the supervisor/manager when necessary. 3. Order Management Ensure that customer orders are correctly recorded in the system. Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order processing. Inform customers about order waiting time or any delay. 4. Daily Cash Management Maintain daily cash collection, card slips, and online transaction records. Reconcile opening and closing balances at the end of each shift. Prepare daily sales reports and hand over cash to the designated person. 5. Hygiene & Cleanliness Ensure the counter area is neat, clean, and well-organized. Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines while handling packed sweets/snacks. 6. Stock & Display Assistance Assist in maintaining proper stock display of sweets, snacks, and packaged goods at the counter. Report low stock levels or damaged items to the supervisor. 7. Coordination & Support Support the service staff during rush hours. Maintain proper communication with the kitchen, store, and service teams for smooth operations.
