Job Title: Operations Manager – Restaurant Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in restaurant/food & beverage operations Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, high service standards, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction while leading and motivating the restaurant team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and smooth service delivery. Supervise and manage staff schedules, training, and performance. Maintain quality control of food, beverages, and service standards. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and procurement while controlling costs and reducing wastage. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively. Work closely with the kitchen, service, and administration teams to achieve operational excellence. Analyze financial reports, track sales performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Support in planning promotions, events, and special offers to boost revenue. Foster a positive work environment, motivating staff for teamwork and efficiency. Skills & Qualifications: 12th Pass/diploma in resturent Management or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of proven experience in restaurant operations management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and industry regulations. Ability to manage budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency. Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and restaurant management software. Work Environment: Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and peak hours. Fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
