Job Description

Key Responsibilities Operational ManagementOversee daily operations of diagnostic centers, labs, or collection centers. Ensure smooth workflow between registration, sample collection, processing, and report delivery. Coordinate with technical teams, phlebotomists, and customer support for operational alignment. Maintain adequate stock of consumables, reagents, and materials required for daily operations. Process & Quality ControlEnsure compliance with NABL, ISO, and company quality standards. Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) for sample processing and reporting. Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational and quality adherence. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures. Customer Support & ServiceHandle escalations related to operations, service issues, or report delays. Ensure high standards of patient service experience at all touchpoints. Coordinate with call center/customer service teams for smooth execution of home collections or walk-in services. Team CoordinationSupport hiring, training, and scheduling of operational staff. Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity. Provide on-ground support to team members whenever required. Vendor & Logistics ManagementCoordinate with logistics partners for timely sample transportation. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment with vendor support. Manage AMC schedules and vendor follow-ups. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain operational documentation, MIS reports, daily logs, and performance dashboards. Share weekly and monthly operational updates with the management team. Skills & Qualifications:Education:Graduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or related field preferred. MBA in Healthcare/Operations (optional but preferred). Experience:2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare industry. Key Skills:Strong understanding of diagnostic workflows. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of quality standards like NABL/ISO. Problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
