Job Description

As an Operation Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes focusing on data management, tender management, logistics, exports, and imports to ensure efficient and effective management of various operational aspects. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. - Provide data insights and reports to support business decisions. - Coordinate and prepare tender documents, bids, and proposals, ensuring timely submission. - Analyze tender results for improvement recommendations. - Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations such as transportation and warehousing. - Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. - Resolve logistics-related issues and enhance processes. - Coordinate export and import operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Monitor performance and identify areas for enhancement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement process improvements. - Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
