Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Support, HR, Accounts, IT) to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports, MIS, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor service delivery timelines, track pending tasks, and ensure operational SLA adherence.
  • Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and assist in drafting SOPs and workflow guides.
  • Handle escalations from internal teams or clients and resolve operational issues on priority.
  • Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for better decision-making.
  • Support senior management in project execution, planning, and department coordination.
