Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an OJT - Learning & Development professional at the Marriott Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in learning and development or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to promote continuous learning.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in using technology for learning management and content creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
