Edept.co is an EdTech and CareerTech company building a unified platform that empowers colleges, students, and professionals to bridge skill gaps and prepare for global careers.
You’ll work closely with our Product and Tech teams to translate business requirements (defined in our PRD) into fully functional Odoo modules — covering CRM, HR, Marketing, and Reporting dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
CRM (Sales, Leads, Opportunities, Activities)
Marketing automation & 7-touch lead nurturing journeys
HR Management (Employee data, onboarding workflows)
Dashboard & Analytics (AI-driven reporting, KPIs)
Integration with WhatsApp, Email, and Telephony APIs
Integrate Odoo with third-party tools (Zoho, Google Workspace, etc.).
Optimise performance, scalability, and system security.
Collaborate with UI/UX and QA teams for module testing and deployment.
Support the migration of legacy data into Odoo modules.
