Job Title: Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: Senior Level (7+ Years) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with a strong background in ERP software sales to lead our sales department and drive revenue growth. The CSO will be responsible for designing and executing the company’s ERP sales strategy, managing the sales team, and developing relationships with key enterprise clients. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP solutions, consultative selling, and long sales cycles. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and own the overall ERP sales strategy to achieve business goals. Drive revenue growth through enterprise-level ERP sales. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve ERP product and service sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and partners. Negotiate and close high-value ERP contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates. Provide market intelligence on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Establish and monitor ERP sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting systems using CRM tools. Ensure continuous training of the sales team on ERP product updates and consultative selling techniques. Required Skills: Proven experience in ERP (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong understanding of ERP implementation processes and enterprise sales cycles. Ability to position ERP solutions to solve business challenges for clients. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities with a focus on performance. Analytical mindset to create data-driven sales strategies and forecasts. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in ERP/Software sales leadership roles. Proven track record of closing large ERP deals and achieving revenue growth targets. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
