Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple Odoo implementation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to project processes and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of total experience

  minimum 2 years in Odoo project management

• Strong understanding of Odoo workflows, modules, and implementation processes.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• PMP or Agile certification (added advantage).
