Project Manager

As a Project Manager at TeamLease EdTech, your role will involve heading the Project management for the assigned client for Education Operations. This includes overseeing, regulating, and driving projects for planned outcomes and identified objectives. You will work closely with the Client and Internal stakeholders to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Monitoring project progress at regular intervals, viewing feedback from stakeholders, assessing the impact, and suggesting measures for improvement will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive student engagement and track student progress from one term to the next - Ensure timely student support and student satisfaction - Manage University Relationships through periodic task reviews - Prepare and submit data and reports as required by the Client and Organization - Take initiatives for new revenue generation from the Project - Ensure proper implementation process and contributions from all members for overall project delivery and completion - Regularly collaborate, communicate, and share all information with stakeholders to ensure support and suggestions Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in project management in the education sector - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to analyze feedback and suggest effective measures for improvement - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Prior experience in managing university relationships is a plus At TeamLease EdTech, you will be part of a leading learning and employability solutions company in India, focused on improving access to quality education and employment.
