Position: Academic Cluster Lead - (Technical ) Job Role Description: The prime role of the Lead of the academic cluster is to provide strong academic leadership. The lead is responsible for the academic cluster and should manage effectively by providing strategic direction and support to the highest standards of academic excellence. The Job scope involves the designing and development of the Programme structure, Syllabus Curriculum, Pedagogy, Resource allocation, Academic planning & Budgeting, Research activities, Faculty development and ensuring student success with expertise to the technical domain. The Lead will also be responsible for various academic initiatives such as Seminars / Conferences /Workshop/ Training programmes/Expert lectures etc; in topics of relevance and importance to the department.
