Responsibilities: Lead the student support team effectively and render all the services as per the SLA. Examinations, Application support and student support services Ensuring student learning success management Conduct regular check-ins with participants to assess their progress, address concerns, and provide encouragement. Client centricity and university Relationship management Analyse feedback data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to curriculum, delivery methods, and student support services. Collect feedback from participants regarding their academic experience, program satisfaction, and areas for improvement. Maintaining all reports and records Show more Show less
