Admissions Counselor

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Sr. Counsellor includes supporting the team with developing and monitoring counselling support for the team, and providing closing assistance as and when required. Key Responsibilities: ● Mentoring and driving productivity of immediate team mates ● Demonstrating on how to Connect to students who has enquired for programs on a daily basis ● Tracking Follow-up with the students and ensure all doubts of the students are cleared for self and for the team mates ● Assisting the team for admission closures as and when it is required. ● Working directly with the team to develop solutions and set achievable goals. ● Develop rapport with other inter department colleagues ● Reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities. Education & Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in any stream. ● Excellent active listening and communication skills. ● Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality. ● Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
