Admissions Counselor

• Engage with prospective parents through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Understand the educational needs of the child and present appropriate solutions based on the school’s offerings.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with parents to help them make informed admission decisions.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or tracking systems.
• Follow up rigorously on all leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Build strong rapport with parents to create a positive and trustworthy relationship.
• Provide complete and accurate information about curriculum, faculty, infrastructure, and co-curricular offerings.
• Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, and orientation programs.
• Assist in managing admission documentation, fee collection, and other formalities.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
