Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Admissions Counselor. In this role, you will guide and support prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about distance learning programs, resolving inquiries, and assisting them in selecting suitable courses. You will work closely with students to ensure a smooth admission process and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to address inquiries, build relationships, and drive admissions.
• Understanding of Education and the distance learning sector to provide informed guidance on courses and institutions.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new information and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
