Admissions Counselor

• Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Counsel students/professionals about courses and career pathways
• Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
• Convert qualified leads into enrollments
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams when required

• Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
• Fresher or candidates with

  0–2 years of sales / admissions experience

• Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
• Interest in education, psychology, or counseling is a plus
• Willing to work full-time from office in Noida
