Student Counselling & Admissions Counsel students and parents regarding UPSC/MPSC courses. Understand the aspirants’ goals and recommend suitable programs. Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries. Convert leads into admissions with a consultative approach. 2. Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly admission targets and revenue goals. Follow-up with prospective students to ensure timely conversions. Maintain strong relationships with students and parents for referrals. 3. College & Institutional Collaboration Visit colleges, libraries, and institutions across Pune for partnerships. Conduct seminars, presentations, and awareness sessions about UPSC Guide. Build and maintain long-term collaborations. 4. Tele-Counselling Handle inbound & outbound calls. Provide detailed course information and follow-up for closures. 5. Reporting & CRM Management Update and manage leads on CRM tools. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Work efficiently on MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Counselling, or Admissions (Education sector preferred). Strong knowledge of UPSC & MPSC exams . Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (mandatory). Good understanding of CRM, MS Office, and online tools .
