Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in New Delhi. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding parents through the school application process, providing information and support, and resolving any issues that may arise. The day-to-day tasks include answering queries, conducting informational sessions, following up with prospective parents, maintaining records, and collaborating with school representatives to facilitate the admissions process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Background in Education or related fields
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using CRMs
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
