Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor, located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our programs, assisting with enrollment procedures, and offering career guidance. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting interviews with applicants, maintaining records, and collaborating with the marketing team to attract prospective students. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales Experience in Education or academic counseling Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry is a plus Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems Fluency in English and Hindi
