Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Admissions Counselor, located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about programs, conducting interviews, and assisting with enrollment documentation. Daily tasks include answering inquiries, advising on German language programs, and supporting candidates in their journey towards international career opportunities. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education and familiarity with admissions processes
• Proficiency in German language is a plus
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
