About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and organized Founder’s Office Executive to work directly with Naman Kamra , Founder & Director of Jet Set Jobs. This role offers a front-row seat to the growth journey of an international career placement startup and is ideal for someone who wants to gain deep exposure to operations, strategy, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic support to the Founder on daily priorities, research, communication, and execution. Coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of founder-led initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. Handle internal and external communication, including partner and stakeholder engagement. Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for the founder. Support recruitment, team reviews, and process building across departments. Assist with special projects, partnerships, and international collaborations. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a high-performance work environment (startups, consulting, HR, or operations preferred). Excellent communication, research, and problem-solving skills. High ownership and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite Location: Onsite – Patel Nagar, New Delhi Why Join Us?
