As part of our brand-building and outreach efforts, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. Roles & Responsibilities: Design engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). Create brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral. Assist in developing visual storytelling for promotional campaigns. Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and visual standards. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate ideas into designs. Edit and repurpose existing creatives based on campaign needs. Maintain a well-organized asset library and design archive. Skills Required: Proficiency in Canva is a must. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines. Basic understanding of visual hierarchy and typography. A portfolio showcasing design work (even college/independent projects). Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
