Requirements Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an academic counselor, student advisor, or a similar role. Ed-tech Background: Proven experience working in the ed-tech industry is a must. Education: Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
