We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales, marketing, and technology are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Knovista’s training programs and IT services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, corporate clients, and partners.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential markets, trends, and competitors.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels.
• Present Knovista’s services and training programs effectively to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and services.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for enrollments and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or IT preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing can apply.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT training or willingness to learn quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and target-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
