Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Data Analyst Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analytics, visualization tools, and statistical methods and be capable of delivering engaging, practical, and industry-relevant training sessions to students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs on Data Analytics and related technologies in Malayalam/English.
• Teach data analysis techniques using tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau (or similar).
• Explain data visualization, data cleaning, data modeling, and basic machine learning concepts clearly.
• Create training materials, assignments, and real-world projects to enhance learning outcomes.
• Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions for students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics and AI to ensure course relevance.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback and mentoring for improvement.
• Work with the academic team to update and improve course curriculum regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data Science.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, Excel.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic machine learning concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Malayalam & English.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for students of different backgrounds.
• Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications in Data Analytics / BI / ML.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
