*Location:* Knovista Technologies Pvt Ltd, DD Milestone Tower, 3rd Floor, Kadavanthara, Kochi

*Work Time:* 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Saturday)

*Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

*Leave Policy:* 1 Paid Leave during probation period

*Experience:* Fresher / 0–1 year (*SAP course sales experience preferred*)

*Role Overview*

We are seeking *target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs)* specialized in SAP course admissions*. The role involves converting leads into confirmed enrollments, counseling prospective students, and driving SAP program growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Drive *SAP student enrollments* by pitching Knovista’s SAP training programs.

* Handle counseling, calling, and follow-ups with SAP leads.

* Achieve monthly *SAP admissions targets*.

* Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive communication.

* Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with students & parents.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and payments.

*Requirements*

*Education:* Any *Degree or Diploma*.

*Skills:*

* Strong communication & presentation skills.

* Sales-driven with high energy.

* Ability to work under pressure & meet *SAP sales targets*.

* Prior experience in *SAP course sales/admissions* is an added advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
