Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic Placement Officers who can actively drive student career placements, build strong recruiter relationships, and ensure successful onboarding of candidates into reputed organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the placement process for students.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters, HR teams, and industry professionals.
• Guide students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career counseling.
• Meet placement and target goals set by the management.
• Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate (freshers with good communication are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with both students and corporate partners.
• Good organizational and presentation skills.

Work Details:

• Work Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Leave Policy: 1 paid leave during probation, 2nd Saturdays off, Sundays and all public holidays off.
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month (with performance-based incentives).
• Mode of Hiring: Direct Interview at our Kadavanthara Office.
