Job Summary

The Placement Officer is responsible for developing strong industry connections, coordinating student placements, and ensuring successful career outcomes for students. The role includes organizing training sessions, updating placement records, and guiding students to achieve job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR managers, and industry partners.
• Identify job opportunities and internship openings for students.
• Conduct campus recruitment drives and coordinate interviews.
• Guide students in preparing resumes and attending interviews.
• Organize career development workshops, mock interviews, and training sessions.
• Maintain and update student placement data and documentation.
• Promote the institute’s students to relevant employers.

• Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to build partnerships with companies.
• Organizational and coordination skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, emails, CRM tools).
• Problem-solving and mentoring ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Management, Education, or related field preferred).
• Experience in placement coordination, HR, or recruitment (preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Salary Range

• Based on experience and institute policy.
