Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Familiarity with lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
• Strong networking skills and a proactive approach.
