Placement Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Nashik. The Placement Officer will oversee and facilitate campus placement activities, coordinate with companies and students, and provide career counseling to students. The role also involves liaising with academic departments and employers to ensure diverse placement opportunities and strategic development to enhance the institution's placement performance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Campus Placement processes and strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for effective engagement with employers, students, and faculty
• Experience in Career Counseling and guidance to support students in making informed career decisions

Desirables

• Ability to design and execute Training programs related to professional and workplace skills
• Background in Education or relevant experience in academic institutions or placement services
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage relationships and placement activities
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with teamwork capabilities
