Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durgapur for a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will manage and organize campus placements, collaborate with organizations for recruitment opportunities, and ensure successful placement drives. Responsibilities include guiding and counseling students for career development, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with academic departments to align student skills with industry expectations. The role also involves maintaining employer relationships, tracking placement data, and assisting in creating a strong network with industry professionals to enhance career opportunities for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Campus Placement processes and establishing employer networks
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and employers
• Experience with Career Counseling and guiding students in career planning and preparation
• Skills in Training and facilitating workshops or seminars for skill development
• Background in Education or academic settings with an understanding of industry trends
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Familiarity with the healthcare or education sector is advantageous
