Location: Knovista Technologies Pvt Ltd, DD Milestone Tower, 3rd Floor, Kadavanthara, Kochi
Work Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
Leave Policy: 1 Paid Leave during probation period
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Role Overview

We are seeking sales-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) who can convert leads into admissions. This role is perfect for freshers with excellent communication skills, high energy, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollments by pitching Knovista’s training programs.
• Handle counseling, calling, and follow-ups with prospective students.
• Achieve monthly sales & admission targets.
• Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive communication.
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with students & parents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Keep records of leads, conversions, and payments.

Requirements

• Education: BCA / Any Graduate.
• Skills:
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• High energy with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle pressure & meet targets.
• Willingness to learn and grow in EdTech sales.
• Freshers are welcome with good communication skills.
